Brighton and Hove Housing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Brighton and Hove City Council (the council) are looking for a contractor to complete its required energy performance certificates (EPC's) on its housing stock when properties become empty prior to being re-occupied. There may be some limited circumstances where the contractor will be instructed to complete EPC's for occupied properties.
