Project 1736 - Design and Build of New Build Cafe at Southend Pier Inner Head

Southend on Sea City Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the construction of a new build café to be located on the Pier Inner Head at the sea end of the Pier. The new standalone building will provide indoor seating, servery, scullery, storage, covered canopy seating area on the ground floor, complete with a stepped terraced seating and an internal lift leading to an open roof terrace at the upper level.
