Reducing Infant Mortality

The Council would like to commission a community-based worker/s with a focus on reducing infant mortality, where that individual can use their local knowledge and relationships to have conversations about infant mortality risk factors that provide information or capture information, raise awareness, educate or result in a specific action/activity.
