The Development and Sales team have a requirement for a RICS Valuer panel. The panel will be comprised of 2 to 4 Valuers per Lot on a ranked basis. The contract will be split into two lots, which can be applied to in isolation or in unison. This accommodates for the valuation and reporting for new build schemes.
