It is an activity within the Autonomous Resilient Architectures (ARA) project which seeks to develop and demonstrate self-discovering, self-connecting, self-coordinating architectures across a multi-domain, multi-classification, multi-national enterprises to provide improved C2, including in Denied, Degraded, intermittent and Low bandwidth (DDIL) environments.
