Contract for Research into Strength Profiling - The STRONG Study

There is currently a research programme, the 'STRONG-Army' Study, which aims to determine how strong, British Army personnel are based on age, sex and job role. The Army HQ, RAPTC and Defence Rehabilitation strongly support this research programme as it may help improve fitness, prevent injuries, and guide rehabilitation in the future.
