Provision of EPC Surveys in Council Houses

The Council needs DEA assessors for the provision of good quality Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) across 400 of Oxford City Council's homes. In order to get this work done by the end of February, it is anticipated that this will require 5 assessors doing around 80 surveys.
