Expression of Interest for Spalding GP Surgery - Patient List Dispersal

NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking expressions of interest from existing GP practices to take on the Spalding GP Surgery list, who must border or would reasonably expand their existing practice boundary to include the current boundary of the Spalding GP Surgery.
