Suffolk County Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to provide Domestic Abuse Accommodation Triage, Outreach Service and Sanctuary Scheme. This procurement is for services listed within schedule 3 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and as a result are subject to the Light Touch Regime under those regulations.
