Community of practice for MCP vanguards

The New Care Models programme is looking to procure a supplier to facilitate and develop a community of practice for multi-specialty community provider (MCP) vanguards. Communities of practice are groups of practitioners who come together to provide peer support, shared expertise and experience in developing a common purpose.
