The Borough Council of Bolton and NHS Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), (the "Commissioners"), are prepared to receive tenders for a Personal Budget Framework that will consist of 2 Procurement Lots which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.
