Tybalds Regeneration Phase 1 Early Market Engagement

The Council is looking to engage with the market for the conversion of semi basement store sheds under existing residential blocks to create 10 flats. Of these 6 will be adapted for wheelchair users (the "Works"). The Tybalds Estate is comprised of nine residential blocks located in four separate courtyards.
