North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NELCCG) wishes to develop a supported living plus service which will offer specialist accommodation and support to those with complex needs and behaviours and will support the achievement of individual outcomes to gain independence and skills to live in the least restrictive environment possible for them.
