Construction Consultancy Framework

The University of Southampton is establishing non-exclusive Framework Agreements with professional consultants to support the University in the delivery of minor capital, refurbishment and maintenance projects valued up to £5m (net construction cost). Individual project construction costs are anticipated to range in value up to £5m and will include infrastructure maintenance and upgrades, refurbishments, demolition, and some limited new build projects.
