Neighbourhoods Capital Investment Programme 2020-2025

The new partnering framework will have the capability to deliver the bulk of Thirteen Housing Group's asset capital investment programme over the next 5 years (2020-2025). We are hoping to appoint a maximum of 2 contractors within the partnering framework with expenditure likely to be at least £100m over the duration of the framework.
