Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV) have been awarded HS2 main works civils contracts for the Area North project in the West Midlands. Balfour Beatty VINCI is seeking interest from small and medium sized multi-utility contractors to be added to the approved tenderers list for an initial pipeline of 10 no. utility diversion packages across the Area North project footprint (Lichfield to Kenilworth via Birmingham) during 2026/2027.
