The Provision of Cleared Sites Services 2018 to 2022

There is a provision for a framework of one supplier to carry out the Cleared Sites Contract, which is used to manage and maintain cleared Council-owned sites (predominantly housing demolition sites) prior to their eventual disposal and/or development.
