GB-Watford: EPC Quantity Surveying Services

Watford Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support work to achieve EPC compliance across the Community Asset Portfolio. 42 properties have been identified as requiring EPC certification and of those at least 33 will require upgrades to the building fabric to achieve MEES compliance.
