Hilsea Jubilee Splashpool - Catering Site Concession 2024 - AWARD

The Council is seeking to award an ice cream & drinks concession contract from 20th May - 22nd September 2024, for a mobile ice cream unit which can include hot and cold drinks but not for the sale of hot or cold food other than ice cream/frozen yoghurt or other frozen sweet products. This site is adjacent to the Hilsea Jubilee Splashpool which opens in mid-May and closes usually in early September. The operating hours of the Splashpool are 11am - 6pm 7 days per week.
