Provision of hardware to host severs onsite

This hardware is to enable provision of a resilient Hyper-v cluster environment for the cloud transformation project in headquarters. This hardware will host infrastructure severs (SCOM, SCCM, Doman controllers) and application severs prior to being migrated in to the cloud.
