Secure Transport and Escort Service

The Council is seeking a framework of multiple providers that can provide a Secure Transport and Escort service. This service will be predominantly used by young people who live at Aycliffe Secure Centre, however it may be used by any service/venue within the borders of Durham County Council and transport may be required to any given location.
