Provision of Subject Matter Expert (SME) Asbestos

Westminster City Council Housing (WCC) assume the role of duty holder as defined by the Control of Asbestos Regulations. Responsibilities for employees' contractors and the public accompany these obligations. WCC wish to appoint a competent asbestos consultant to advise and support internal stakeholders across the business.
