Provision of Highways Preventative Treatment - Micro Asphalt

Liverpool City Council (LCC) are seeking a contractor to provide preventative treatment through micro asphalting .The purpose is to seal the road surface by applying and rolling a layer of bituminous mix material as a new surface layer.
