Young Investment Programme- Black Country

The Black Country JCP District wishes to procure the Young Investment Programme (YIP). YIP is a two week motivational and employability course, for 18 to 24 year olds who are in the 0 to 13 week period of their welfare claim. It will be targeted at those, within this claimant group, who are deemed to be furthest away from the labour market.
