JCS2 Retail Review

Gloucester City Council, Cheltenham Borough Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council have worked in partnership to prepare the Joint Core Strategy (JCS). This is a strategic level plan covering the three local authority areas and was adopted in December 2017.
