To carry out Central Heating Works to 28 Houses at our Norris Close Estate near St Albans, Herts. Works to include replacing the existing System Boiler to a Combination Boiler and associated Flue Works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
