Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision Specialist Residential and Respite Services for Adults with Complex Needs

Warrington Borough Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure Specialist Residential and Respite Services for adults aged 18-64 with complex needs.
