Bedford Street WC Refurbishment Project - AWARD

Arun District Council (ADC) is seeking a contractor to undertake a works project to refurbish the Bedford Street W/C's. The existing building is a single storey flat-roofed block of toilets sited adjacent to Morrisons at the North end of Bedford Street. The existing facilities include separate Male and Female toilets and an accessible toilet. There is a narrow service area and a small store.
