Community Ophthalmology Service - Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth

NHS Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth CCGs would like to invite suitably experienced and capable providers in the provision of a Community Ophthalmology Service for patients across Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth.
