Severn Tolls Modelling Project - Additional Scenarios for SOBC

DfT would like to commission work from Arup to look at the traffic and economic impact of removing tolls between 10pm and 6am across the Severn Bridge compared to: • 33% of 2015 Budget tolls; and • 66% of budget 2015 tolls. In addition, the work will look at the effect of a TAG discount scheme to incentivise more TAG users and therefore reducing average journey times at the Crossings.
