PAN3156 - Supply of Rock Salt Sheeting Installation Services

The Council requires a provider to install the Council's SuperSheet sheeting system over its rock salt stocks each year in July/Aug/Sept and then during the winter months to de-install/partially remove the sheeting as and when required to enable access to the stocks. Such 'call outs' are typically on up to two or three occasions during the winter, subject to how much salt is used.
