Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training

To support our ED&I Strategy we are seeking a training provider to deliver half day workshops aimed at new starters to the GMC with some follow up on-line, materials, to foster continuous learning on ED&I in their first year of working at the GMC. We want this training to move beyond awareness raising, engage staff in this area, and include a focus on personal action and accountability to ensure ongoing learning and development.
