EFDC Council House Building Programme - Consultant Framework

The Authority is seeking to procure two "Single Provider Frameworks" comprising a multi-disciplinary design team (MDDT) (Lot 1) & Employer's Agent & Cost Consultant (Lot 2) to support the delivery of the Authority's "Council House Building Programme" (CHBP).
