North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group, who wish to commission a Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service for the eligible population of Newcastle.The contract is for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
