Metagenome sequencing services
The University has a requirement for metagenome sequencing services. We seek to have nine soil and sediment samples sequenced using PacBio HiFi CCS Revio longread sequencing to a depth of approx. 250 Gb per sample with a minimum median read length of 10 kB and average quality score of >Q30.
