Admendments to eForms
There is a requirement to make amendments to several eForms used by survey and inspection branch. These amendments are due to policy changes some of which must be completed by 1st April 2016 and others by 14th April 2016. Currently marine offices have put work-arounds in place to issue certificates until the changes are implemented.
