Fit out/Refurbishment of Temporary Accommodation for Energy Coast UTC

The Energy Coast UTC currently teaches practical engineering skills to students under a temporary arrangement at a nearby commercial partner' premises. The provision of space and facilities are limited within this part of the building, therefore the contractor will be required to refurbish and remodel the unoccupied units in the north east wing of the building.
