Treasury Management Advice

The Council requires the services of a treasury management advisor for advice on treasury issues, in particular provision of a list of investment counterparties which satisfy the criteria determined by Cabinet as part of this report, as well as advising on other issues, such as economic and interest rate forecasts and client benchmarking against other Council's.
