Birmingham and Solihull Youth Promise Plus (YPP) is a Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) endorsed initiative funded through the European Commission ESIF 2014 + European Social Fund (ESF) and Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) arrangements.
