CWF Lot 1A - Barrow Library Roof

Removal and replacement of the current flat roof coverings and sky lights to match existing. Public access will be restricted to the library during the works to the sky lights, and the replacement of the fire escape gantry from the function hall on the first floor, only; affecting the Central Library area and the use of the function hall.
