GB-Colchester: Service Charge for Managing Agents

Colchester Borough Council (CBC) is seeking to appoint agents to advise on the set up, mobilisation and management of the service charge at Colchester Leisure Park. Colchester Amphora Trading Limited (CATL) which is a wholly owned commercial company of CBC, acts for the council in all property matters and will oversee the appointment and management of the successful agent on behalf of the Council.
