Minor Works Term Contract

The City of London is procuring the appointment of two contracts to be awarded under separate lots for the provision of minor works for building fabric and M&E works respectively. The value of individual works orders will be limited to no more than £250,000 per order. Expenditure over the last three full financial years for minor works across the scope of both lots has increased from around £4,000,000 to over £6,000,000 per annum.
