Indicators and Warnings (I&W) Tool CF PIN

The purpose of this advert is to announce a requirement for a Ministry of Defence (MOD) Publicly Available Information (PAI) Indicators and Warnings (I&W) toolset. This is the first PIN as part of an initial preliminary market engagement. The MOD requires an Open-Source Intelligence service that provides timely Indicators and Warnings (I&W) from publicly available information (PAI) sources.
