Refurbishment Works to Void Properties

Gentoo Group are currently seeking to procure a framework of Contractors (approximately six) to deliver whole house refurbishments to its existing void stock and to newly acquired properties. The works within each property will vary dependent upon what is required to bring that property up to a lettable standard.
