Blackburn's Rivers Important to Lancashire's Landscape and Natural Capital Economy (BRILLIaNCE) is an ambitious project supported with funding from the European Structual and Investment Fund to deliver physical improvements to the Rivers Darwen and Roddlesworth within Blackburn.
