NCC Commercialisation of Assets

Northamptonshire County Council (The Authority) is currently exploring the idea of commercialising its assets. With a property portfolio of nearly 200 sites, and approx. 150 roundabouts across Northamptonshire this presents a sizeable opportunity. Bus Shelter advertising is out of scope of this exercise.
