3173_15 HIV sampling, testing and reporting service

Public Health England (PHE) is seeking to establish a national (England-wide) framework agreement with a single organisation to provide HIV self-sampling services for most at risk populations predominantly being Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) and Black Africans.
