Any Qualified Provider for the Provision of a Community Phlebotomy Service on behalf of NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group (Round 2)

This is a further opportunity for interested organisations to qualify to provide a Community Phlebotomy Service for Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group patients under the Any Qualified Provider process. The service will commence from the 1st August 2015 until 31st July 2017 with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
