Supporting Young People (aged 16 -21) to live Independently ? South Nottinghamshire

This procurement process is to seek suitably qualified providers that are able to support young people aged 16 to 21 that are at risk of homelessness, on to independence. The Council is Commissioning 'Journeys of Support' for Targeted support for homeless young people and those at risk of homelessness.
