Bromford Housing Group ltd. identified a number of properties where either replacement of the passenger lifts or a number of Health and Safety upgrade works were advised due to reliability issues, wear and tear and age. 9 lifts in total have been identified for full replacement at the following locations: 3 in Lichfield, 1 in Oswestry, 1 in Nuneaton, 2 in Cotswold, 1 in Birmingham and 1 in Swindon.
